Accurately estimate the amount a system needs

freezemaster™ antifreeze is UL listed for 500 gallons in residential, Light Hazard, and Ordinary Hazard applications and 40 gallons for Storage. Reference the installation manual for design parameters.

Our first-of-its-kind volume calculator accurately estimates the amount of freezemaster™ antifreeze needed for a given system.

To use the calculator:

  1. Name your project.
  2. Select your piping material (to account for the correct internal dimension) and length. The calculator defaults to CPVC. Click “Add piping” to choose a Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 steel.
  3. Add your drop material, length and quantity. Click “Add drops” to choose between CPVC, Schedule 10 steel and Schedule 40 steel.
  4. Optionally include the gallon capacity of an expansion tank.
  5. Click “Calculate” to see your quantities.
